Let our experienced staff and management coordinate your next group outing or teaming event.  Before we were Bed and Breakfast Owners, we managed events for groups ranging from 20 to 400 in the New Jersey and New York Metropolitan Areas.  We can provide teaming and gathering events that couple good fellowship, fine dining, and lodging with golf, canoeing, fly fishing, hunting and other events.   With large groups the Olde Stonehouse Bed and Breakfast merely becomes the focal point of involvement while we utilize lodging and meeting spaces throughout the Spring River Area to accommodate all sizes of gatherings.  No outing is too large or too complicated to handle. Business Travelers

We are conveniently located on Highway 63/412 a block from the intersection of Highway 62.  We live on property and welcome late arrival and specialize in breakfast for early departures.    We have a fax and copier on site.  All our Main Street rooms are equipped for phone lines and wireless internet is available for access to your office computer and e-mail.  As corporate travelers in past lives, we are dedicated to making your stay comfortable, SAFE and most important business convenient!

Here are some of the things we can offer:

• Corporate Rates - One person, Sunday through Thursday night - $69. (Second 
  person in a room is an additional fee.) 

• Room guaranteed, to be the best available at time of arrival.  

• All rooms have private bath, climate control, cable TV, direct dial phones.  Several are available with VCR.

• Wireless Internet

• Easels, flip-charts, markers and other presentation materials available upon request.

• Group meeting and banquet capabilities are available.

• The Inn is equipped with a multi-line private telephone system offering  phones in all the rooms (except the Shaver Cottage Suites).  Features include message indicator, conferencing, room to room dialing, data link and unattended direct dialing to extension. 

• Full breakfast available from 8:00 to 10:00 AM. or Breakfast available "to go."  

• Morning and evening coffee, "go cups" available at no extra charge. In room coffee maker available upon request. 

• Copier and FAX services available. 

• No penalty cancellations, express check-out, late check-out, and early check-in available. Please inquire. 

• We specialize  group meetings large and small.  Consider Hardy as your next team building/corporate retreat site and the Olde Stonehouse B&B Inn as your key facilitator.  We will  handle everything from soup to nuts.

Corporate rates are not available on weekends or holidays. Rates may change without notice.  For lengthy business stays, let us quote you a special rate.
