Inn Policies Check in Time: 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. (other times by advance arrangement only.) Check out Time: 11 a.m. Late Arrivals: If you are arriving later than originally planned, please call and reconfirm your reservation and arrival time so that someone will be on hand to greet you. Smoking and Pets: For the convenience of all our guests, we are non-smoking facility. However, smoking is permitted on the outside porches. We also do not allow pets. Nightly Stays: Cancellation Policy:
For nightly rentals you will
not be charged a cancellation fee if your cancellation is received seven days prior to your
scheduled arrival date. If you have a deposit, it may be
refunded by check or credited for stay at a later date. Reservations cancelled less than seven days prior to your
scheduled arrival date, will be charged one nights per room
cancelled. If you must cancel, please make sure you get a
cancellation number. Whole House Rental: Cancellation Policy: When the whole house is reserved, the cancellation period is Thirty days. If you cancel less than thirty days prior to the scheduled arrival date, you will be charged for the whole house. A refund will be made for any rooms re-rented.
